Sisi brings over 20 years of expertise in primary and secondary education, having successfully led as Head of Department in seven primary schools and five secondary schools throughout her career. Her extensive experience has given her a deep understanding of how children learn best, allowing her to create highly effective, results-driven teaching strategies tailored for 11+ success.

With a bachelor’s degree in English Literature, a postgraduate degree in Business, and additional qualifications in Children’s Psychology, she integrates a broad academic background with hands-on teaching experience. She is also an accredited educator in Children and Young People's Mental Health, reflecting her dedication to supporting not just academic growth but also student wellbeing, confidence, and resilience.

In 2021, Sisi founded DLG Academy, a specialist tuition centre designed to provide comprehensive educational support that goes beyond standard tutoring. The Academy is built on her vision of holistic education, ensuring that students not only excel academically but also develop a love for learning, self-motivation, and the ability to think critically.

As a published author of 9 educational books and the creator of 21 courses—spanning traditional classroom teaching, online self-study programs, and 11+ mock exams—Sisi’s expertise extends far beyond the classroom.
